My approach
Every resource is designed to be clear, purposeful and flexible for real classroom use. I focus on creating materials that support student engagement, rich discussion, critical thinking and a deeper understanding of texts.
Resources are thoughtfully developed to align with relevant areas of the Australian Curriculum, while also supporting inquiry-based learning approaches such as the Primary Years Program (PYP). This ensures teachers can confidently integrate literature studies into broader learning goals and classroom programs.
My aim is to provide practical, high-quality materials that save teachers time while still supporting meaningful and curriculum-connected learning experiences.
Through Pages to Classroom, I aim to help teachers feel confident, prepared and inspired when bringing stories into their classrooms.
About Pages to Classroom
Pages to Classroom was created from a love of quality children’s literature and a passion for supporting meaningful classroom learning.
As an experienced teacher, I have seen first-hand how powerful stories can be in engaging students, building comprehension and developing a genuine connection to reading. However, I also understand the time teachers spend planning lessons, designing resources and aligning activities to curriculum expectations.
Pages to Classroom was created to bridge this gap.
I design thoughtfully structured teacher notes, novel studies and literacy resources that help bring stories to life in practical and engaging ways. Each resource is created with classroom use in mind, supporting teachers to save time while still delivering rich learning experiences.
My goal is to support teachers in creating classrooms where literature is not just studied, but experienced.
